- WishIN Bloom is a handmade gifts and decorations business in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, operated by 17030509 Canada Inc.

Products
- Every item is handmade, so small differences in colour, size, and finish are normal
- Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person
- We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free
- Please use our products as intended

Safe use and supervision
- Some items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old
- Items with small parts should only be used by children under adult supervision
- Keep small parts and items away from babies and young children
- Check items regularly, and stop using any item that becomes damaged or has loose parts
- The buyer is responsible for choosing items that are suitable for the person receiving them

Prices and payment
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
- Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required
- Payment is taken when you place your order
- If we find a pricing or listing error, we may correct it and contact you before shipping, and you may cancel for a full refund

Order acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, and it is not a guarantee of a sale
- The confirmation email you receive after ordering shows that we received your order, and it does not mean we have accepted it
- We accept your order when we ship it
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud, and we will refund you in full

Personalized and custom items
- Please double-check all spelling and details before ordering
- We make personalized items exactly as you submit them, and we are not responsible for errors in the information provided

User content (names, photos, and custom text)
- If you send us names, photos, artwork, or custom text for your order, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it
- Your content must not break any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights, and must not be offensive, hateful, or unlawful
- If you include photos or names of other people, you confirm you have their permission
- You give us permission to use your content only to make and deliver your order
- We may refuse or cancel any order with content that we believe breaks these rules, and we will refund you in full
- You are responsible for any claims that come from content you provide
- We cannot guarantee that every photo or design can be reproduced exactly, and we will contact you if we have a concern

Shipping, returns, and cancellations
- Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are part of these terms
- Please read them before you order

Intellectual property
- All designs, photos, logos, text, and other content on this site belong to WishIN Bloom
- Please do not copy, reproduce, or sell them without our written permission

Using our website
- Please use our shop only for lawful purposes
- Do not try to interfere with the site or misuse it in any way

Website availability
- We work to keep our website available at all times, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free
- The site may be unavailable at times because of maintenance, updates, or problems outside our control
- We are not responsible for any loss caused by the site being temporarily unavailable

Limitation of liability
- To the extent allowed by law, WishIN Bloom is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from the use of our products or website
